This hotel was much newer and nicer in person than pictures even portray. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast service (which was a nice spread, and certainly lends value for the money spent on the room). The pool was clean and so much fun for the kids, especially the slide. You'd do well to mention the fact that the hotel backs onto a public park/playground/skatepark, and is adjacent to a large football/soccer field. It was an extra added bonus/surprise when we rocked up after an 8-hr drive, that the kids could get out to run and play and burn energy.

I don’t usually leave for reviews, but this is an exceptional hotel. The rooms were very large and well stocked, the pool with hot tub and waterslide or a ton of fun. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. We had a two bedroom queen that had a full living room and full-size fridge, etc. With a pull out bed to easily fit my whole family. Overall, I was extremely impressed with this hotel!

we were attending a graduation in Lacombe so the location was excellent. staff were great. very responsive and friendly. we were one of 5 guests in the hotel the night we stayed so it felt like the entire building was our very own private hotel lol. hot tub and pool were awesome. the breakfast is very good and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. five star plus’!

The staff were amazing, very accommodating & friendly. Pool was in excellent condition. Breakfast was very good & breakfast times were longer than usual. Hotel was quiet even though there were 3 kids hockey teams staying at the same time.

Breakfast was very good, lots of selection, good coffee. A directional sign on the main road should be erected. I drove right past the access road. Excellent access to a great playground & skate park.
